Specifications

Door Construction	Solid MDF core – PCL 1AG, PCL SL 1AG, PCL 4G, PCL SL 4G, VCL 1AG, VCL SL 1AG, VCL 4G, VCL SL 4G (including equivalent veneer design). Coritech core – PCL 2, PCL 4 (2040 x 820/870 and 2340 x 820 only), VCL 2, VCL 4 (2040 x 820 only). All other sizes solid MDF.
Skin	EXP External Primed skins, Veneered skins and BAL 12.5 Certified skins.
Rout Profile	Square corner rout on both faces.
Trimming	Doors – 5mm from top and each stile, 25mm from bottom. Sidelight – 5mm from top and bottom, 35mm from each stile.
Glazing	Complies with AS1288:2006 for the selection and installation of glass in buildings. Glass pattern direction is oriented to the longest length of glass opening or design direction.
Hinges	Doors measuring up to 2040 x 920 require a minimum of 3 hinges. Doors over and above this size require 4 hinges.
Primed	Primed skin, mouldings and glazing bead, excludes routing and door edges.
Pre-Finishing & Installation	Light reflective colours should be used on all doors exposed to direct sunlight. Entrance doors must be installed in weather protected openings to reduce the effects of weather exposure. Refer to Door Care and Maintenance recommendations. Failure to adhere to these recommendations will void warranty.
BAL Rating	BAL 12.5 – Must be specified at time of order.
Approx. Weight	Solid MDF – 50kg (Based on 2040 x 820 door). Coritech core – 35kg (Based on 2040 x 820 door).
