Product Overview

The Lockwood Induro 4-point mortice lock represents a significant advancement over traditional 2-point and earlier 4-point locking systems. By incorporating four independent locking points and lift-bolt technology, the system improves door security while enhancing air and water sealing performance. Designed to replace the Optimum Mortice Lock, the Induro range maintains the same door-side installation footprint, making it ideal for upgrades and retrofits.

• Flexible Locking Sequence – Can be locked with or without shootbolts engaged

• Field-Selectable Handing – Easily reversible latch for left- or right-hand doors

• Latch can be deadlocked by key

• Backsets: 30mm and 40mm options available

  • Short throw (13mm) – 30mm & 40mm backsets

  • Long throw (23mm) – 30mm backset only

• Door Thickness: 32mm to 45mm

• Compatible with a range of strikes for optimal seal compression (ordered separately)

• Compliance: Meets Australian Standard AS 4145.2-2008
